Then come in and join our team as Agile Product Coach. This position is based out of Spain, and you will have colleagues in regions such as EMEA, Americas and Asia Pacific.
Your mission and responsibilities:
The Agile Product Coach is responsible for establishing, leading, and continuously improving the way we manage the activities (project related activities, ITSM related activities, etc.) in the Digital Engagement and IT Infrastructure department with the aim to provide value for users and business. The Agile Product Coach will provide thought leadership and hands-on guidance to teams and leadership, and be responsible for developing, delivering, and scaling the Activity Management strategy, roadmap, and associated initiatives.
Task and responsibilities:
Demand Management: Defines, implements, and maintains a demand management process and ensures user and business value is defined and measurable.- Prioritisation Management: is responsible for the definition of prioritisation criteria and implementation of an agreed ranking in alignment with the relevant stakeholders with the aim to provide value for users and business.
- Backlog Management: Defines, implements, and maintains the Digital Engagement and IT Infrastructure (DEI) Backlog adding new epics/visions/opportunities/outcomes as product backlog items, defines acceptance criteria, and ranks product backlog items.
- Provides transparency both in the DEI’s Backlog and Work in Progress Activities via e.g., iObeya
- Defines a way of working in alignment with the lean and agile strategy using e.g. Azure DevOps (for demand/backlog/activity management)
- Defines, implements, and maintains a way of measuring and communicating value for users and business for the management
- Capacity management – defines and implements the best suited push/pull model
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the activity management at DEI and exchanges best practices with the teams
- Clearly communicates user’s and Business’s needs to the team; helps and motivates the teams to understand these needs by presenting and explaining the product backlog items.
- Participates in the budget and roadmap planning of Digital Engagement standard and customise offering.
- Foster Collaboration and Partnership with Digital Engagement and Infrastructure teams and with other IT Centres of Excellences and business representatives.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in large transformation projects in complex, global matrix organizations with cross-cultural management experience- Strong knowledge of Lean and Agile principles and practices including Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile framework (SAFe). Certificates preferred
- Proven track record of successfully managing Product Backlogs in a large global organisation as e.g. Chief Product Owner
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across all levels of the organization.
- Drive for continuous efficiency improvements, customer and user focused and results driven
- Strong skills for leading, educating, and coaching
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience implementing agile methodologies with non-software teams (business agility)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- High level of initiative and ability to work independently
