Sales Administrator

Tasks

  • Provide front of house duties in the office
  • Greeting and assisting clients that walk-in the office
  • Completing all administration tasks for the office
  • Manage the salespersons diary
  • Contact all inbound clients within a timely manner
  • Proactively contact existing contacts
  • Keep the window displays up to date in the office
  • Ensure all client information is up to date and accurate in our CRM system
  • Generate viewing and valuation appointments for the local area
  • Have knowledge and interest in the local property market
  • Understand the local portfolio of properties directly listed with the business
Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish. Further languages advantageous.
  • Previous administrastion experience, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident and results-oriented approach
  • Professional and friendly attitude
